To enable Westpac Protect you must have your current mobile number registered before 1st May, 2015. If you have recently changed your mobile phone number or not sure if we have your mobile number registered, please advise us by either visiting your nearest Westpac Branch (photo ID required) or call 322 0888 and speak to a Customer Service Representative.
